Effective at the end of September, 2009, our team of agents will have transferred to other real estate agencies in the area.  Performance Realty and Associates is becoming a Property Management firm with Bruce Benton being the owner and only licensed agent with the company.  It is now dedicated solely to managing rental property.

We recognize that you have a choice when it comes to working with a real estate professional. Our former team of agents always looked forward to earning your trust and helping you discover the smarter way to buy or sell a home.  That tradition will follow them to their new positions and companies.
